The majority of you have already
learned that our dear friend and starter at the track Stanley Haynes suffered a massive stroke last Friday and has been in
the hospital in ICU since then. The prognosis has not been determined as of today but he is still in critical condition. Stanley
is the sole provider in his household and there is not any income coming in at this time. He does have medical insurance but
we all know that does not cover 100% of the expenses and he still has household expenses that have to be taken care of.
There has been a benefit account set up at First State Bank Central Texas in Stan's name to offset some of these
expenses. If any of you would like to help this wonderful man and his family it will certainly be appreciated. The account

Junior Dragster’s Fight Breast Cancer
...Little River Dragway’s Junior Dragster racers
are shown with their donation check to Breast Cancer Awareness. The drag racing youths from the track’s IHRA Bracket
Finals Team raised nearly $1000 at the Dallas race and at last weekend’s Fall 2-Day E.T. Bracket Race at Little River.
Each was given a jug for folks to put contributions in and what started out as being “racers giving their change to
the kids” became “Generous Benefactors stuffing greenbacks in their jars For A CAUSE”.

Michael Wayne Turman, Little River Dragway’s Junior Dragster Eliminator Track Champion for 2011. Also shown are Chance
Turman, Michael Wayne’s younger brother who’s getting a Junior Dragster ride next season now that he’s of
age and Harley Snoddy, Samantha’s younger sister. That pair is known as “The Mascots”. They very seldomly
miss being right up front anytime “The Juniors” are going down Little River’s 1/8th mile.. Not shown are

...All of these youth’s parents, the rest of Little River’s Bracket Final’s Team, all of the other
people who have donated to these hard workers and the Officials at Little River Dragway are proud of their efforts for the
National Breast Cancer Foundation.
